In this talk we speak about some higher dimensional concentrating solutions of singularly perturbed elliptic PDEs on an annular domain in even dimensions.

We start this presentation by a brief discussion on symmetry and Hopf Fibration. Then using the symmetry and Hopf map we shall  reduce the problem to a lower dimensional case.

Next we show the existence of mountain pass solutions of the reduced problem and its concentrating behavior. Also we shall find the location of the concentration depending upon the parameters involved in the PDE.

Keywords: Hopf fibration, Circle concentration, Mountain pass solution.
