How the reservation procedure works:

The hotel reservation procedure is closed since October 28th. The instructions below are now only of informative nature. For changes please contact us directly at .

Due to bogus registrations, we had to implement a slightly complicated procedure. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Step 1: Read the information about the hotels for which we provide the reservation procedure. Make your choice about the hotel and the room type.

Step 2: Create a password for your account at our server. For this you have to be registered. Take into account that the registration is not immediate (the validation can take up to two days). Click here to create a password. A link will be sent to your e-mail address. Follow this link to create your password.

Step 3: Fill in your reservation data. You can follow the link given at the end of the password creation or click here. For this you will need the password created in Step 2. You have to confirm you data and after this confirmation you will not be able to make any more changes.

Step 4: Send us the information of your credit card. You can do this as follows: print this format fill it out and send it via fax to ++52 443 322 27 32 or you can phone directly to our secretary Adriana Briseño to ++52 443 322 27 98 (please call within the following hours: form 10:00 to 14:00 or from 17:00 to 19:00, CDT = GMT-6 hours). You should get a confirmation via e-mail of your reservation within one week.
