I have a link to the Instituto de Matemáticas at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where I currently work. An extremely useful site is the Front for the XXX Mathematics Archive at UC Davis. It is an archive for mathematical preprints. Also the Math Department at UC Berkeley, where I was a graduate student. The Website for the American Mathematical Society is full of useful information. I do not know what I would do without MathSciNet, where one can search Mathematical Reviews for papers from 1940 until present. A very useful resource for Group Theorists is the Group Pub Forum, maintained by G.C. Smith. Also useful for Group Theorists is the Magnus combinatorial group theory software project, which has information on outstanding open problems. There is a list of Math Departments all over the world at Pennsylvania State University's list of Mathematical Information servers. And a rather interesting place is the Math Genealogy Project, where you can see your mathematical ancestry.
