Abstract: A continuum is a compact, connected metric space. A continuum
is non-Suslinean if there exist an uncountable collection of pairwise disjoint non-
degenerate subcontinua. In this talk, I will give conditions to when a continuum
must be non-Suslinean and discuss why this may be important to the study of
dynamical systems.
