Arrival to Morelia
The workshop starts Monday, December 8, in the morning. So you should arrive by sunday evening.

There are direct flights to Morelia from Mexico City and from the following cities in the USA: Chicago, Los Angeles, Houston and San Francisco. The flights from the USA to Morelia tend to be sold out early because of the Christmas period.

The taxi costs around 200 Mexican pesos from the airport to your hotel.

You can also arrive by coach from Mexico City:

• Take a taxi to the Terminal de Autobuses Observatorio (Observatorio Bus station). Use only authorized taxi, sitio 300. You can buy the tickets from a small office inside the building; do not accept offers from other people. The cost is 190 Mexican pesos. You should calculate around 1 hour for the taxi trip.
• From Observatorio Bus station take a coach to Morelia. We recommend the company ETN (most comfortable). The cost is 325 Mexican pesos. The coach trip will take around 4.5 hours. Departure times: from 6:30 am to 1:00 am, each hour (more or less).
• You will arrive at the Morelia Bus station. Take a taxi to your hotel. Again only take authorized taxis, the ticket has to bought inside the building. The cost is around 80 Mexican pesos.

Travel from Morelia to Mexico City:
The transportation from Morelia to Mexico City will be organized for Sunday, December 14.

Direct arrival to Mexico City:
The conference will start on Monday, December 15, in the morning.

There are many direct flights from Europe, USA, Canada, and South America to Mexico City.

Take a taxi to your hotel. Use only authorized taxi, sitio 300. You can buy the tickets from a small office inside the building; do not accept offers from other people. Cost: 127 Mexican pesos.

Departure:
The workshop ends on Saturday, December 13, in the afternoon.

The conference ends on Saturday, December 20, around noon.
