    Wonderful and spherical seminar at UIC.

    All possible G-equivariant compactifications of a given homogeneous space are controlled by the Luna-Vust theory of colored fans.
    The goal of these talks is to understand better the relation among such compactifications and the birational geometry determined by the Minimal Model Program.
